TRISTAN LUIGE
Born in 1999, Tristan is a talented 25-year-old director and cinematographer based in Tallinn, Estonia. He honed his skills at the Baltic Film and Media School, where he initially aimed to study directing. However, recognizing the value of technical expertise, he chose to specialize in cinematography, taking advantage of the school’s extensive film equipment.
During his studies, Tristan began his career in the lighting department, contributing to several films and numerous commercials. He later transitioned to the camera and grip department, gaining invaluable experience working on a wide range of projects across Europe. This hands-on involvement allowed him to perfect his cinematography under the guidance of some of the most renowned cinematographers in the industry.
As he advanced in his career, Tristan began shooting his own music videos and commercials, discovering his passion for directing once again. With so much to say and many stories to tell, he adopts a close and personal style in his work, driven by a relentless desire to create original pieces that resonate with audiences.
